Ordering Process 1. Request a Price Quote Request
a quote by sending us an e-mail
describing your needs. If you’d prefer to discuss your project before
requesting a price quote, please call us at 503.618.7901. 2. Project Clarification and Delivery of Price Quote If
we need to clarify the details of your project, we’ll call or e-mail you with
questions. Once we fully understand the project, we’ll proceed with a price
quote. The quote will be e-mailed to you, and will describe the services
we’ll be providing, the date by which drafts will be provided, and the price
you’ll pay. 3. Acceptance of Price Quote You
reply to the price-quote e-mail, acknowledging your acceptance. 4. Review Drafts We
e-mail an initial review draft of the document to you. You notify us of any
necessary changes, and we send you a revised draft. Once you are satisfied
with the draft, you notify us of your approval. 5. Invoice We
send you an invoice by e-mail. 6. Payment Make
your check payable to DocuReady. Then, mail to: DocuReady,
